Somewhere around 155-160 km/h. Now that there is the custom app app that allows monitoring of motor rpm I plan to compare my ex to a friends mx, I have a feeling the ex is limited to ~1000 rpm lower than mx
Here they are still trying to sell them for 21k€(Stark EX is 14k€ here). I have never seen one on the road other than the test drive units. Pretty expensive adv bike with 115 km range just makes 0 sense.
Those released like a year ago. I test drove on in the spring and tought it would be pretty nice city commuter if the price was 1/3 of the current. You get nearly the same range from a supermoto stark for nearly half the price and more power.
With 17" wheel and 15/44 gears the EX tops out at 165 km/h. The cooling runs out of capacity really quickly and needs to be improved for the SM and other road models
I run 15/44 gearing on my supermoto setup and it fits fine. I wonder if the upcoming SM model has different reduction gearing as the EX runs out of rpm pretty quickly on larger asphalt tracks and it won't easily fit much longer gearing.
Tested it on the Arkenstone and it works well. Turning the bike on brings the stark app to the front but you can back out of it and reopen Svag and it stays open.
The 15 tooth sprocket will self-clearence the slider pretty quickly. The brake brackets are usually very tight fit, I have VMX kit and only had to shorten the mouting screws a few mm and there is no clearence between the rotor and bracket but it fits
