For US folks: I got a call from Nowata Logistics out of NY today to verify delivery information. I quized him for dates - he said probably one week from customs to their warehouse and another week in shipping to me. That jives with my May 4 date listed on the website fairly closely. It's starting to sound real!
Thats great news!!

My order has been pushed back again to July 6. So, it looks like you are right.
Mine and a friends now July 6 as well. If they can’t give some sort of update about the process I may be inquiring about a refund.

They can’t give us a remotely accurate date without knowing if or when transport Canada will have their work completed. It could be a few months or it could be next year at this rate. Stark really should have had all of this stuff ironed out before accepting our payments to be honest. Was really looking forward to racing the bike this year.

Wanted: Sample Paperwork for EX Registration in Europe/Germany

I’m still working on a street registration for my Stark Varg MX in Germany. Since Stark does not provide any documents could one of you EX owners out there send me copies of the paperwork they received from Stark (COC etc.). Or even a German registration document? That would be great! Many thanks.

Yes. Date was pushed to August 5 but we know they just keep pushing it because they have no clue.

I have spoke to some dealers who also confirmed stark does not have any real idea when they will be finished with homologation. It is due to the fact the ministry of transportation is taking their sweet time to get around to it and has poor communication to boot.

I have actually got my money back now. As much as I want the EX I didn’t feel comfortable having that much money on the line with nothing to show for it.

They could start landing in August, or it also could be next year. They have 0 clue at all.

I am likely going to pickup an MX model in the meantime as I don’t necessarily need it to be street legal. And will consider buying an EX later down the line when they have it all sorted out.

Does anyone know if it is typical to receive the documents (coc) first and then the bike. Because a few days ago I was notified that the bike was shipped and I received a link to track the shipment. Today I received it but it turned out that these are the documents and I don't know where the bike is.

Yes, documents came first for me too. The bike was still in Spain at least a week after shipment was notified. The shipping company waits until they have enough orders moving in a certain direction before loading the truck.
