Stark Stark Vark Android Phone not charging

The bike charges fast - the Android phone connected and logged on the bike does not. I have to charge it with a wall charger. Is that normal? Any tricks. Phone is updated and corrected with WLAN. Varg Software runs fine. THX Stark MC 1.2

Mine charges when riding at maybe 5% per hour...

I ride most days and still need to charge the phone about one a week.

Yes - the phone charges - but looses about 15% per day without connection in standby on my desk - I have killed all other apps but the Stark Varg App.
I assume that is normal. How does the phone get charged on the bike? I assume wireless over the cradle.

I will check the next time I drive if there is any loading at all.

Other than this questions I am totally happy -I love the slow mode the most - you can balance on the bike perfectly. I do not need the brakes a lot because i set the electric recuperation at 80%. I just have to watch for deer and other animals — they hear you quite late. The 20 hp setting gives me plenty of pleasure. I ride for 2 hours and use 30% of the battery, which recharges in 1 hour (I charge at 3.5 kW).

So I want to just get a better understanding about the technology behind the phone. It would be nice if Stark releases an API for the APP - I would write an App to get distance data from the phone about trips, charging, etc. open source so everybody could enjoy the bike even more.

The phone discharge is pretty normal. It has a small battery. It's really only to stop it dying immediately.
That lump of plastic in the cradle that says Stark Future is the wireless charger.

The Stark app has what your looking for.
There is distance on a map overlay.
Airtime
Top speed
Total time used etc etc...


Power wise I run 50/60 for almost everything and regen at 20/25%. The wild boar around here don't stand a chance!

There are a lot of ways to use the Stark Vark - I smile the whole day when I ride on it. It's the real deal!
