My 60hp Varg suddenly free upgrades to 80hp bug

Let me explain... My 60hp Varg suddenly sets himself on 80hp and 100% regen on mode 3... at first the numbers were 0 hp and 0 regen... then i proceed to ride it like always and when i put the mode 3 it had much more power than what you get with 60 horsepower.

I know exactly what 60 horsepower feels like after a year with the Varg and riding supermoto, and I felt like the bike was pushing much harder. So I said, "This has to be 80 hp." I closed the app and reopened it, and it no longer said 0 hp and 0 hp; it actually said 80 hp and 100% regen. When i go into the GPS route history, it says "maximum power available 80 hp," but if I go to my profile, under "My bike," it says "60 hp version."

If I try to set the other modes to 80 hp, it won't let me; it's limited to 60 hp. But mode 3 is at 80 hp, and I don't want to touch it in case it changes and then doesn't go back... for now, I have 80 hp for free.

The downside is that it's dangerous, especially the fact that it doesn't have the most powerful mode in mode 5. What happened to me was that my mode 2 is 35hp and mode 3 was 48hp (now 80hp with the bug), normally, when I'm driving calmly on the road, i'm in mode 2 (35hp), and when I went to overtake a car, I switched to mode 3 mid-acceleration with the throttle very twisted, and it gave me an instant burst of acceleration that made me do a huge wheelie, almost falling backwards. I even lost one hand on the handlebars.

That's why I think the most powerful mode should be the last one, and the modes should be progressive. Going from 35hp to 80hp in a split second with the throttle almost at full is insane.

Has anyone else experienced this bug? I have a friend who has a similar problem; his bike also shows 0hp and 0 regen, but in mode 1, and it simply won't accelerate for him.

Be careful with unexpected 100% regen on the street.
Although I never tried it on the asphalt or with smooth tires, I have a feeling that rear wheel must lock up and high-side the bike if you quickly close the throttle at speed.

A few app versions ago I had a phantom mode 3 that was a duplicate of my mode 3.
It was just in the app and didn't affect the bike when cycling modes with the controller, so I didn't think about it.
Until one day (when the Pro trial mode finished) the phantom mode turned into N-eutral. I was going down a hill and when switching from mode 2 to 3 I got N. It was confusing and a bit dangerous but no drama.
On the street and in traffic would be different.

I wrote about a similar issue some time ago where my mode 5 seemed like unrestrained throttle sensitivity from the beginning- easy to lift the front wheel, but difficult to control. It was gone omce i saved a change though so better not touch if you want to keep it.

the 100% regen is very far away from locking my wheel, its strong but no that strong, maybe because im running 14/48 sprockets with enduro set up right now, and with the 12/48 stock must be more agressive

im not doing changes and saving them at the moment, let see how many time it keeps the "free 80hp" jaja

I always run 100% regen on the street - it isn't that crazy. I run 80hp on the street also, and yes, if you aren't expecting it, you can very easily loop it. The throttle mapping is absurd for 80hp. I find it very disappointing. If I could get my money back, I would step back down to 60hp until they fix that, or at least make it adjustable (pro mode doesn't effect throttle mapping)

I'm the opposite. I love zero regen when riding street. I like to open it up, then just coast quite often.
But that's the benefit of this bike right. You can set it exactly how you like it, not someone else :D
