Now it makes sense, I could never understand how people tell their bike's firmware number.. I tried again with the phone paired to the bike, yet firmware number is nowhere to be shown. I ll just contact support then and let's see.

It's MX, delivered in November of 2023. When I go to Settings->Your Bike, it doesn't show any bike firmware. (pls see attached photo). Yes, both map buttons work just fine.

Hello everyone, My phone runs the App Version 1.0.185 (Build 416). I cannot get the bike enter crawl mode by either long pressing the up or down button. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
