I could tolerate the mods needed but the old style bracket that came with the kit is is a deal breaker for me and Stark is using up NOS before going 100% with the new updated bracket.

The OEM Side Stand kit Stark sent has the old style bracket so I'm sending it back. What's out there for replacement kits Ali or others? I don't need/want auto return.

I think Stark is just using up old stock and replacing broken brackets with the updated version. I've been bugging SAM about it but to no avail. I just sent a email to Stark requesting the upgraded side stand bracket. We'll see what happens.

I put my order in last week and just got it today.

I just got that kit and it had the old style (weak) bracket

Looks like the new improved Stark bracket is still cast. Wouldn't a billet equivalent be stronger?

Getting ready to pull my rocker off. The Stark video clearly shows the Ninja girl loosening the rocker shaft on the chain side 1st. Then she goes over to the footbrake side to turn the jam nut. Here you are saying it should be the reverse order. Who is right????

I know there are no performance gains with the G2 but it's does eliminate and clean up lot of wiring and brackets and that's nice.

I don't think I would have purchased a Varg if it were not for the 2 year warranty. The warranty sealed the deal for me.

Maybe it common knowledge but if you need to remove the motor a T-50 Torx is correct for the side brackets and motor bolt. The bolt that went into my motor was VERY hard to remove and when it did come out it also took out some case threads with it. I really thought the bolt was going to snap...

Ok got it assembled, installed and working. Seems a little fragile compare to the G1. Do I now just remove the whole Gen1 charge port assembly?

Ha! I just came in from pulling the rest on the port out (I googled G2 port and found post on it here!). Currently in process to re-assemble.

My Gen1 motor died and Stark sent me a Gen 2 to replace it with. I thought the Gen2 had a relocated charge port but when I looked I only saw this (see picture). I thought it was some sort of flip cover and it was (because I screwed with it and the cover came off). What is this for a should I...

I only had one spin. Drilled the head of the bolt off and was able to remove the rest by clamping the plastic surrounding the insert.

SAM = Garbage in, garbage out.

The EX doesn't have adjustable stops like the MX?
