    Varg MX 1.2

Nope. I am just hearing about this. Either I have been blacklisted, or this is a quiet, below-radar update.

    electronic clutch

There are at least a half a dozen threads, and at least 3 products on the market. Do you want one megathread or a electronic clutch sub-forum?

    Stark Varg “weave” (steering wobble)

Try sitting more forward. Also, tighten that steering stem nut as hard as you can. This is your steering damper and stabilizer. I run mine pretty tight, it gives me a calmer front end at all speeds.

Stark Varg Clutch - it's here now

I love the "Swan Lake" music! These guys have read all our wishes and made them happen. Congrats! And the price is only... $1,419.00 So, do not whine that electric bikes have no clutch. Whine that the e-clutch costs more than one Hinson clutch. But less than one Hinson and a replacement set...

What is this part used for?

Must be some dealer cable that you were not supposed to have!

    2 lessons learned!

Use blue Loctite and tighten them looser.

    Tire pressure

Dry, rough track with small rocks. Stock tires? I like your pressures. I would keep the pressures that you run and experiment with going up/down 1 psi in each direction. You can go up/down 2 psi if you cannot tell the difference. Going with higher pressures, you may feel less confident...

    Sur Ron Dedicated Section

It appears that you yourself created this thread under "play/small e-motorcycles". Yes, we could probably have a Surron section here. Fast and even competitive electric dirt bikes keep popping up in all kinds of sizes. I am thinking of adding Dust Moto too. Give me a few days.

Battery teardown, seeking help to reset the battery

Yeah. Don almost lost his LHRB hand last year. He got a free ride to Las Vegas in an ambulance limo out of it with a motorcade escort behind it! Plus free weekend accommodations in the Las Vegas burn center.

    Portable battery power stations

You need 7,000 Wh to fully charge the Varg. If you get 2,000 Wh, that will give you only 10 extra minutes at a motocross track. Or 30 extra minutes of trail riding.

New EX died during my first ride outside of my neighborhood today.

You may qualify for the trophy for the first production electeric bike that cut off unexpectedly! Luckily, this happened on a flat ground and not far away from your house. Alta Motors said they hurt a test rider or two when their early development bikes cut off in rhythm sections. This can...

    European/Australian generators

In the USA, the default voltage is 110V. All the popular value priced generators used to be 110V. This is changing now, with some 220-240V compact generators becoming available. The selection and the prices are improving. Capitalism is working, at least it used to until the damned tariffs...

Stark Files 004 - The one about AMA

Key points of the video: 1) Stark wants to race in AMA Pro races. 2) Ben Cobb, Stark Future's PR Director, is married to Lisa Layland, MXGP TV Presenter. 3) Mike Burkeen, the AMA Director, is getting too many phone calls from electric haters. Dial Mike's phone at 555-....???? and leave him...

    Varg EX suspension identification

I tried to summarise this, but this makes no sense. I wonder if the customer service rep had a copy-and-paste error? What are the letters for the EX shock, and why are they the same as the fork letters? The EX rear springs are so soft that their range doesn't even overlap with the MX springs...

How To Identify Your Stark MX and Stark EX Suspension (springs)

    Stark MX FORKS To identify the forks, there is a letter on the left fork foot. E = 4.6 N/mm (65-75kg) - Soft F = 4.8 N/mm (75-85kg) - Medium G = 5.0 N/mm (85-100kg) - Hard Stark MX SHOCK To identify the shock, there is a letter on the bottom bracket. B = 54 N/mm (65-75kg) - Soft C = 56 N/mm...
