This looks like a countershaft axle that went out of allignent pushing the rotor out of allignment and thus shorting the whole thing. Would also explain locking up the rear tyre as he described and the short explosion.

Posted it some time ago on this forum. Quite some people thought fake. I'm not sure.

I don't really care if it's Li, SSB or rainbows that fill those battery's. I only care for the output of whatever is in the ''black box''. If it performs to spec i'm happy.

In other words. It won't work on the Stark :ROFLMAO:

DC output: 96V. Care to explain? Because that is not even close to the Starks battery voltage. Give me a solid excuse not to go for the Spam Assassin button...

Concept breakthroughs are often done by geniouses of small companies. Apart from the whole donut thing i wouldn't be surprised if a small company beat the big ones to it. But if they have the tech and have it working...? This is the time to sell it and live on some dream beach for the rest of...

    Maximizing range for supermoto

The best thing you can do is add a massive windscreen. I have seen significant range gains on my Zero DS even with a small windscreen. A E Motorcycle shop has seen E bikes with windscreen getting way more range than naked bikes. Hell even the way taller Experia go better range than it's naked...

    Help Needed Supermoto fiting problem

True, i did as well, but in SM i really like the front wheel to be dead centre. 1mm off is very destabilising in those corners.

Owner's Review Range test Stark Varg EX on Dutch Enduro

I've seen better ranges at freezing than at warmer weather. Probably due to the ground being harder.

That CFMoto is 175kg dry. Wich pretty much means 200kg wet. A Tenere is 208kg wet, not a significant weight difference on a ADV. Somehow the media picked up on it being ultralight but it isn't. 200kg bikes are the best selling bikes in NZ then 😜 I think weight isn't even so much the thing, but...

I think Stark will fall in lone most with KTM. They did with the MX and EX as well. Also it's the same crowd they are after. Performance driven futuristic powerhouses. And timing couldn't be better. KTM has the 790/890 camshaft issue. Production is rumored to move to India while the 790...

I think the 790 ADV is the wrong competition since it's the budget line with budget suspension etc. Look into the 890 ADV R. IF they use the same cells in every bike they can drop the prices since mass matters more than anything else. A lott depends if they want to go big dual sport or light...

    Help Needed Supermoto fiting problem

I faced some of the same issues but with way cheaper wheels. Rear of 24MX was perfect fit, but indeed getting it past the caliper was a pain. HOWEVER, i came from the rear whil you have to come from above. So much easier! Perfect centre though. Front was out of centre. Had a local wheel...

Check if your wheel is in dead centre. Maybe even have the hub moved a bit to make sure that hub and disc are in their centres.

Spirited riding gives 10 km/kWh. The big problem with Zero is their lack of fast charging. If you want to achieve acceptance the charging should be well within fuel and smoke break of the buddies.
