I didn't sit on it. The battery was a shell and the suspension was set up as if the battery was there so it will feel very stiff to sit on I think largely from the suspension alone however it is very narrow.

I was wondering that myself. Also yeah idk. Might damage his impact on generating potential sales if he is choosing to ride the Alta in situations where he could be on the manufacturers bike but otherwise I would agree.

He is working through a manufacturer contract which will restrict what he can ride publicly. Most of his riding is public so he wouldn't be able to ride the Alta often if at all unfortunately. He does love the bike still it though. I imagine he will have another in the future.
