Thanks for the reply. It charges fine and the charger works. It just the GFCI tripped all the time. Was looking to replace it with the same amperage gfci.

My GFCI went out on my fast charger. If I plug the bike into a power strip it trips it every time. Do you know what size GFCI I need to replace it with? Thank you. great video by the way

I have the same code 37 on my bike. Could you please tell me how you reset it. I'm kind of new to this.

I put the bike under a cover with a dehumidifier. Also pulled off all the plugs. If I can reset the code I'll know if I got the moisture out. As long as it doesn't come back on. Any other suggestions?

I have a 2019 Alta redshift. I pressure washed it the other day and the error code 37 (moisture detected)service required came up. The bike still runs fine and charges fine. But I would like to reset the code. Does anybody know how?
