Original firmware from Alta when they shipped in 2018. Never been updated.

It was right at 43% before. If it is just a few cells that may have degraded in capacity then I assume it would be safe to just keep running it as is then?

I don't have the first clue what any of that means or how to do it. This electrical stuff is all new to me. Want me to build a ice engine and diagnose it? No problem can do with my eyes closed. This stuff I'm an idiot with.

Anyone near Dallas Texas who has a laptop setup for this that can help me out if I can't figure this stuff out? I'll drive 3 or 4 hours in any direction if there is.

Thanks, I have the connectors to make the cable and such, just haven't messed with the laptop end of it yet. I'll do that this week.
