For those reading in the future, I had a water pump error, but it was related to aluminum from the radiator damaging the water pump magnet. I flushed the system several times and still had issues. Eventually removed the radiator and all the tubing for a thorough rinse under the kitchen faucet...

Just changed my oil with a couple hours on the bike and the oil was slightly milky. Any idea where the water is coming from? The breather is so long, I doubt any water would enter. Perhaps coolant is leaking into the oil?
