    EX navigation for free.

No reason why it shouldn't. Also the Stark app has a similar function built in.

    Stark Files 001 biweekly video

Nah, it was so they could paint themselves in a better light after the fact. If it was for the customer, it should have been released 4 months ago.

    Stark Files 001 biweekly video

If your happy to wait 2.5 years, you have the patience of a saint. I'm very much of the: if a delivery date is promised, I expect that to be honored. If the bike was sold as road legal I expect that to be true. Stark missed both of these targets for me, with no real explanation or any interest...

    Stark Files 001 biweekly video

It was an interesting video but... This feels like it was 4 months late. If it had been released tail end of February when they realised they were going to be delayed it would have softened the blow. You've also got snippets of them explaining (some of) the issues. None of these were widely...

    EX navigation for free.

So I wanted navigation but I have no desire to pay 13€ a month for the privilege. So: Go to the App store and download navigation of your choice on to the Arkenstone. Open nav app. Starks own App will force screen change over to itself once active. Wait until it's showing the "dash". Select...

    Varg production numbers / VIN

Those of us in Spain didn't start getting ours until the last couple of days of March, a couple of weeks after Germany/France (and I believe a couple made it to Poland). This was because the EX wasn't actually legal in Spain until mid April...

    Phone sync issue

Took mine off as taking the phone out of the cradle with it in place is a bit of a faff, especially with gloves on. The rubber gets in the way of being able to press the release button easily when removing, the height of it makes actually pulling the phone out awkward also.

    Phone sync issue

Standard IT response: have you turned it off and on again? Ha ha Turn the phone all the way off and try again.

Have there been any EX deliveries yet? Post your delivery here.

From my understanding Stark doesn't remove the VAT upon purchase. You have to claim it back after delivery. Theres a memeber here going through that at the moment as he's based in the UK.

    Is Stark testing an ADV/Dakar?

Definitely not a customer bike, as it was on trade/manufacturer plates. Basically the only time you see reg plates that are red background with white letters are on pre production and test mules.

Whats the betting that the EX isn't actually road legal in Montenegro? Reason I say this is the EX wasn't even legal in Spain until, IIRC the 10th April. 10 days after I received mine. It then took Stark a further 25 days to sort my paperwork. OR You are one of a very few that purchased within...

    Is Stark testing an ADV/Dakar?

The AL definitely fits the vibe... and as the road we were is the main road from the docks to Madrid (AL's HQ in EU) it could have been a range test at 6 hours. Do find it suspicious how close it was to Starks HQ though...

Once you get through Starks SAM bot and onto emails, you are talking to a real person... They just aren't trained very well in customer service and will constantly give vague and sometimes contradicting answers. Where are you based?

    Is Stark testing an ADV/Dakar?

Unfortunately not (I like REs attempt). It was much slimmer, think CRF with a Dakar kit and panniers.

    Is Stark testing an ADV/Dakar?

Already seen the SM out and about a couple of times... This ADV styled one looked very slim (exept for the panniers) so wouldn't be surprised if it was also on the EX platform.

    Is Stark testing an ADV/Dakar?

Yesterday I was driving back from the Zoo (Barcelona) with my son in the car. A test plate (red/white) ADV/Dakar style bike undertook me. Not that unusual normally as several manufacturers come to Spain to test. This was different though as it was clearly electric and no more than 20 minutes...

NA EX. He says that he's had it a month.

What leads me to believe that VINs are somewhat arbitrary, is it doesn't seem that the bikes VIN has anything to do with when it was built. There is absolutely no way Stark were able to store over 1500 bikes before they got to mine, their factory simply isn't big enough... I should know, I go...

The EX VINs are not chronological it seems, so don't read to much into it. My VIN is in the 1580s, original delivery was 12th Feb. Im one of the first customers worldwide (I believe one of the first 40 to be released).
