Initially the stark bike's price was including VAT. Now all off a sudden it's excluded. Here in the Netherlands that's a extra 21%. I even double checked this when they first announced the bike for pre order.

(y) For anyone in doubt about the rear brake option. You could also do a combined rear foot brake and left hand brake. The only special part needed is a insert for the foot brake reservoir.
