    Does anyone know where to get a firmware update for a 2018 EX? My dealer shut down in Seattle and I can’t charge my bike with rapid charger. Seatlle are preferably but Portland area would work also.

    So 1.51 is the updated version we want on our bikes? For the Rapid charger. I may have found a dealership that will do it if I can provide them the update. They say they can’t access Alta servers anymore.

    I also got mine new with a rapid charger. I’m not sure how they charged it at the dealership. It had 5 Hrs and 49 miles on it when I got it. is there anyone in the Seattle area that could update firmware?

    I’ve tried a generator. Ive tried an adapter. Ive wired a 110v plug directly from the gfci. Ive tried 3 different houses. nothing works. If I get MultiTool and the adapters how easy is it to just update the firmware. I’m not great at computers.
