What would a good price be for a 18 mxr that has the code 36? Found one but not sure if it is a good deal. Was thinking of buying as a backup bike.

A good price is what the parts are worth to you. Or what the bike is worth to you, minus what you think the cost of repairing the battery would be.

For me a Good deal with code 36 with 70+ hours would be under $6k. If the bike has really low hours I would pay a little more because you could swap the good battery from your other bike that has more time on the chassis. Currently a mxr with low hours and no codes is worth about $10k
With code 36 you can still ride the bike and you can see if @Mark911 could repair the bad wire bond. Not sure what the cost to repair is.

I can certainly fix the wire bond, cost depends on what you give me, either the whole pack or just the one bad module. A couple wire bonds would be $300 max at the pack level and half that with the module. Make sure there aren't any other codes or symptoms.
