You had a post awhile back with your pack possibly having a code 36. Did you ever end up looking at multitool on the battery?

In those screenshots the imbalance is doing something completely different than the first set that was posted (linked for easy reference);
Code 36 service required???
This latest set the imbalance looks typical of a disconnected cell, if I hadn’t already seen the first set I’d have bet that’s what the problem is. This one may be an issue where the voltage is not being reported correctly since it’s all over the map. I’m working on troubleshooting one now that is doing similar wacky things.
At any rate the easiest option for you since there are A pack available is to swap the battery out.
