There have been a number of ALTA videos and threads with AJ Catanzaro and his training and racing. It looks like he is on a path to operating a big training facility in southwest Georgia; about 40 miles north of Tallahassee, FL.
If you want to see the facility from the air, plug 842 Bold Springs Rd, Cairo, GA 39828 into Google Maps or Google Earth.

The facility is currently known as MTF (Milsaps Training Facility) and it looks like AJ will run a very similar program. Here is the recent (2 years ago) video from the Milsaps:
