Alta Alta EXR EU Homologation

Hey Y'all. I sold my EXR to my friend in Andorra. It has been sitting in customs in Barcelona for a while and they are not letting him get tags for it because they say it has not been homologated. Does anyone out there have any EU or US homologation paperwork that they can share? Or maybe know how people in the EU got their street-legal bikes tagged? Thanks in advance, Dan.

There is no possibility of EU approval, only Individual approval. Each EU country has his own rules for it, even if some are common/similar between countries.

The person looking to approve the tag is looking for any kind of homologation paperwork to work off of. So if you have some kind of useful info that would be great.
