I had some Alta gearbox cover gaskets, but they got lost in a recent move (probably in a box in my basement somewhere). Went to make some more, and thought I'd share the details. I've cut these on both a laser cutter and on a Cricut. The Cricut seems to work better, as the laser cutter burns the edges of the material, making them feel a bit brittle. I use the "Knife Blade" tool on a Cricut Maker 4, with "Tooling Leather - 4-5 oz. (1.6 mm)" as my material setting. I perform a "Basic" cut, not "Print then Cut". I'm sure there are other ways you could make this work, but this worked for me.
The OEM material appears to be "Interface Performance Materials MP-2N", which is a bit hard to find, but not impossible. Probably many other materials that would work. Sizing an image can be frustrating in Cricut Design Space - you'll want the image length to be 10.75 inches.
