When I spoke with @Rashid510 he said 36 was a resettable code?

You can try resetting the code on the Faults tab. But if the battery or module is still unbalanced, it will just set the code again.

Okay so that's the answer I was looking for. It is indeed possible to clear the code but it will certainly pop up again if the issue persists. Understood.
