Alta not turning on

Question for you Alta pros, I have a 2019 MXR and it won’t turn on. Ride it last about a month ago and the battery was at 60% when I turned it off. Went to ride it again and nothing turned on, no water pump noise, no display.

Tried charging it and still no luck.

Changed the 9v battery connected to the key box and no change.

Anyone else run into this? Any advice? Thx!
