Good point. I can't get anywhere near those numbers though even if I tried. Maybe 40 minutes on map 4 at a track and maybe 25 ish miles in map 1 on singletrack

That second listing is mine. I just listed what the factory specs were. I can usually get about 25-30 miles of single track with about a quarter battery left when I'm done. I haven't pushed it much further than that.

Understand, and the range you have experienced is about on par with what the rest of us have too.
It's just still funny what the original advertisement claimed range was, never meant anything offensive towards you.
