Here are my questions in case it helps others also:
What else would I need to use the factory diagnostic dongle? What does it do?
Do you have any other side number plates to sell separately? I want as many as you have and willing to separate.
Does the rapid charger work faster than the basic charger that I already have for my 2018 model EX?
(I read somewhere that a custom adapter may convert my basic charger from 110 to 220V and charge much quicker but I haven’t had time to research or test...)

The dongle is meant to communicate to the bike via MultiTool. Thats it.
The rapid charger is a bit faster. The DIY for the 220V adapter is on the forums.

I read on a previous thread that the rapid charger doesn’t work to it full potential on a 17 MX unless it has the latest firmware, is that true?
 
I’ll take the new rear fender and full plastic set.

I have need for the front number plate and front fender as I converted to a KTM front fender and plate if someone wants those?
