I researched the best portable power station in 2025 for the past few days because I need a reliable power source for both home backup and outdoor activities. I read reviews from reputable sources like Consumer Reports, TechRadar, and Popular Mechanics, and they highlight a few top models such as:
Jackery HomePower 3600 Plus Portable Power Station
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FM8653F1?th=1
BLUETTI B300K, 2764.8Wh LiFePO4 Battery Pack for Portable Power Station
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FJ3XHFXP?th=1
However, I am having trouble deciding which one would best suit my needs. In my home, I usually need to power a refrigerator, television, two small room heaters, a water pump, lighting, two air conditioners, an iron, and other small appliances. I’m looking for a portable power station that can reliably handle these appliances during power outages or outdoor use.
Which one would you recommend? Any expert advice or personal experience would be highly appreciated. thanks in advance

I think both brands are good. Both Jackery and Bluetti are well known and reputable.

I have an EcoFlow Delta Pro 3.6kw and 2 Anker Solix 1000s 1.8kw. I have been pleased with both brands, they are all pretty competitive a lot comes down to features and price. I got a great deal on the Ankers and they have been fantastic really light and charge fast. I use my power stations as power backup and to collect solar to power my Stark Varg (which I have fueled on solar all summer).

Your power needs seem pretty high for the models you are interested in I would recommend you size them to your needs especially AC and heaters --which can be a big drain on power stations. Also make sure you get a wide variety of charging options.

One thing I would keep in mind is that units with wheels (like the Jackery 3600 or the Delta Pro) tend to be heavy and not easily portable if you have to move them on stairs or around for outdoor activities.
