Bike won’t shift from neutral

I’ve had the stark for about two weeks. Love it, everything works great.
Went for a ride Wednesday came home and parked it. Next day after work went to go spin some laps and the bike wouldn’t work.
The phone did an update that day, then the problems started.

It will turn on, flashes green and the phone connects and says neutral. But it will not engage from neutral.

I have done a hard restart so I know the buttons work.
I’ve went through the whole bike to check connections and or any moisture, everything looks great.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Varg app.

Stark logged into the bike and said the bike and phone were updated, the battery is good and the power train is good. They were stumped and had never heard of this.
They had me reach out through email to the engineering team. They asked for a video of what it’s doing but I haven’t heard back. I have a ride I’m going to tomorrow, wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions in the mean time? Anyone had this issue?

Did they suggest replacing the power button assembly?
