Bought battery and motor seperately - can't find VCU, other options?

I had the opportunity to buy the main powertrain components of the Varg off a friend who didn't need his in-box replacement parts any longer, but I've ran into the issue where the only part not for sale even on the official Varg site, is the VCU (or controller) as apparently they come factory with every bike frame and is also coded to the vin (so I've heard from another place on FB where I asked owners) Is there some way to either find a roller from some of those guys that do go-kart swaps, or utilize a fardriver/kelly? Some of those aftermarket E-moto companies make controllers that support up to the varg's power, but doesn't the bike have a 400v battery? Pretty much like a Tesla. I'm decent with motors but controllers are more sensitive topic! Thanks, and ultimately, I would like to experiment. There is that one guy that did a tandem 2x 160 hp Varg kart build (it was on FB i think)

Yeah, 400V controllers are rare. That is correct, you are now in the Tesla voltage territory. Without the factory VCU it is a DIY project.

@DonCox
I actually just had a meaningful talk with someone from gritshift and they had said the inverter potentially steps down the voltage of the battery, and that is potentially true, but the voltage is unknown, maybe hooking that up to the battery and testing continuity?

I have actually tore apart a Stark battery. The cells are now propelling my KTM DIY Electric Dirt Dike. They are not easy to take apart, but you can find defective batteries around for about $500. The complete package, like above, is probably worth somewhere close to what he is asking.
Here are some pics of the inside of the Stark battery. And then a pic after I have salvaged some out of it. And then the batteries going into there new home.
