Bultaco declared bankruptcy

Sad. Seems like the interest in EVs is there, but the prices are just a bit out of reach yet for most people.

I don't know how many times I had come into a corner too hot, stabbed for the brake, and hit one of the many false neutrals. By then it was too late, my Sherpa T and I were over the hill. I don't think I ever really got accustomed to the right -side shift.

Left foot rear brake (LFRB)??

Is the shifter on the right then??

It's like someone who likes RHD cars has decided to build a motorcycle, LOL!

Almost ll European bikes came that way in that era. When Italian and Spanish road bikes came over here, some of the shafts and linkages they cobbled on to make them left side shift were ridiculous.

Had a 69 Rickman Matisse with a 250 Montesa engine one time, right side shift . . . . could never get used to it. Almost as bad as the left side shifting Zundapps, Sachs, DKWs, of that time. Those were truly "mystery shifters" as you had about a 50/50 chance of a blown shift, Lol. Luckily, Honda released the Elsinores!
