Can I buy replacement heat shrink sleeves for the coolant hose?

Just wondering where I might find one. I need to take the front frame off the back frame and I don't want to take the sleeve off if I'm not going to be able to find another one.

Ideas?

Well don’t keep us in suspense. What project are you diving into that requires you to remove the coolant hoses and separate the frame? We’re all pretty bored, and want to know about these little adventures.
