I think that the interesting part starts @6:06 when Pastrana, Brown and Roczen comment about rear brake, engine brake, scrubbing, etc. I've skimmed through the first minutes since it seemed to me that those were all about 2 strokes.
I like the fact that you can watch most of the laps in a split screen comparisons with only two cuts.

1.27 faster on the Stark, and thought he could bring a few more seconds with more practice.

Besides the racing, those guys are awesome. Roczen is the best, I loved that TrollTrain video with AMart, Filthy Phil, and Ken. Hilarious.

AMart: Phil ate shit.
Phil: You waxed us.
Ken: I didn't wax you I was only a few seconds ahead before you crashed...
:ricky:

I found it interesting that Carson Brown, who rides so many different bikes, obviously with rear foot brake, only rides Vargs with the rear handbrake.

You know what occcurs to me when I think about similar considerations? What if battery technology had evolved sooner and everybody were just used to EVs and someone said «hey, I have a revolutionary MX bike here, it uses a kind of motor called the gas engine.» Can you imagine how hard they would criticize gas MX bikes? They would just laugh at the idea that you keep your weight on the heel while trying to press a foot operated pedal with your forefoot trying to give just the right amount of force to the lever while riding on braking bumps, without the weight from the heel shifting to the front? Otherwise you would brake awfully and possibly stall an engine... and how hard would people make fun of an engine that stalls if you stop it from revolving?

Lighthearted fun just like it should!

But now they are comparing a stock bike to a fully setup and finetuned Competition bike. What if that Stark got the same treatment. Get that suspension 100% perfect for those guys and the gap will be huge.
