Charging cable loose wires

I know I saw it elsewhere but be warned, the twist lock connector may have loose wires! Luckily caught mine smoking and burning up on my garage camera or it could have been much worse! Black wire was completely not even tightened a little.

Yep. I remember reading that but did not heed the advice. Now I'm wondering if my current charge rate (1.2kw) is update related or because of this issue. The update limits you to 3.3kw and 1.1kw for slow. I'm set to 3.3 and never getting above 1.2kw.

There's zero excuse for this. I just received my bike and immediately checked this. The terminal screws were not tight at all. I was able to pull the wires out of the connector pretty easily. At least two of the wires were actually clamped onto the insulation and not only copper as it of course should be.

Are you charging on 120v or 240v?
