Charging stops short

Hey all! My mxr the last few times I charged stopped short of 100% by a couple segments. Has anybody seen this/know a fix? I have the fast charger. Thanks!

I have encountered something similar when charging in the winter when the battery is below 40°F. But after things warm back up and I get a few more charge cycles completed, it's all back to normal.

Thanks, maybe a resistance thing then? I am charging at about 75deg. I’m hoping the cells will still balance when not getting to 100%.
