It's the pad for the top of the stand. The part number resolves to Amazon.com: Polisport 8985900005 Bike Stand: Automotive

I got my money back yesterday. The seller told me to keep it, no need to return. I will! It is in Alta-yellow, maybe it will fit the black/white Polisport stand that I already have.

I ordered 1 in Yellow and 3 in Green. They have refunded the Yellow, but still pending refund/delivery on the 3 green...and USPS still has not delivered ANY of them.
