I can read code 38 motor timing invalid
I need help to understand what is the mather

Hmmm, can't say I recall this one coming up yet. @Rashid510 will probably have some insight.

We have some PMAC motors at work of various vintage (1-18 years). All of a sudden, in the last two years, we had to replace the encoders on all of them. Weird.

You need to perform the motor timing which is in Multitool.
No replacement of sensors which @Philip mentioned....

When you flash the firmware using multi tool it does a motor timing sync after.
