I have seen some new ALTA OEM parts posted on eBay. One of the listings included this quote:

Company I work for shut down. They sent me home with a box of parts.

Beware of this bike as it is being sold without an MCO/MSO which I believe will lead to problems. Note the apparent intentional lack of using "Alta" in the main item title.

But, not sure if it has a charger. If this will be a second Alta charge may not be an issue since you already have one that should work, but...

What does MCO/MSO mean? I asked the seller if it came w a charger a week ago and got no response, I assumed that meant no. I decided not to bid but congrats to the winner and the best of luck? I’m still looking but prices will have to drop considering the risks.

Mso= manufacturer statement of origin, that's the document used to get a title on a new machine.

The note is in the description. This seller has had several other ALTA items for sale. @TCMB371 and I looked the seller up on LinkedIn the other evening. It appears that he was a Customer Experience Technical Specialist in the SF Bay area.
