electric motorcycles for military purposes

I've watched some videos in which soldiers use electric motorcycles; here is one I've liked more than others.

In that video, they mention a "reduced signature", which is something that I understand because of hours spent playing Digital Combat Simulator (who knows, maybe some of you will Google this and start a new hobby :D). So the signature they talk about must be the heat signature, which is the contrast of an object in a thermal image.
I know that heat signature is a problem both because of the use of IR goggles/binoculars and because of some IR guided missiles which will follow a heat source.
Here is a comparison of the heat signature of two still motorcycles: one electric, one ICE.
I specify that they are still in the images because:
1) After some use, the rear shock feels warm to touch even on my Varg; on a gas bike you can suspect that the exhaust is heating it up, too. I've read that it will become pretty hot even in a street motorcycle used with a relaxed pace, so maybe even a slowly moving military dirtbike will have a warm shock.
2) I've noticed a significant pressure increase in my tyres when they warm up on dry ground, so probably their temperatures are significantly higher than the surrounding environment.

Of course the noise is way lower.

Surely the ability to use the bike with the right hand only without stalling it is another advantage.

Besides, I don't know how much time soldiers can camp in a place, but if the sunlight is intense you can recharge the battery of a Surron in some hours with solar panels anywhere.

They can be submerged better than ICEs.

BTW, in that article I've linked they mention the Royal Enfield Flying Fleas used in WW2 by Britons, who parachuted them; well, Stark Future will provide Royal Enfield with motors for the new, civilian , electrically powered, Flying Flea: link to article.
