So I think the time has come to form a Stark varg Unsatisfied Customer group to get together discuss issues come up with a list then share the cost to get legal advice. Present that to Stark and go from there.

Before people start saying Stark are a new company give them chance it is 3 1/2 years ago we first saw working bikes then we saw the farce that was the press day, clearly there were issues but you would have thought stark fixed them and if they were not ready they should not have sold them.

The first bikes sold will be getting close to running out of warranty soon but I have 6 months left, this will take time and I would think it is important to get it going whilst still in warranty. I have never felt the need to do anything like this before and no legal expert so hopefully others can help guide this.

I have had one issue after another, yes at first stark were helpfull but it still took up way to much of my time, more recently it is a total fob off and the reply to the melted power plug was a classic, there reply to what could have easily started a fire. That seals it for me customer service is a joke hence this!

Anyone else looking to form a group please PM me then we can maybe form a private chat group.

Thanks Lee.

I don’t want to engage in any debates here but as a person who’s been on the forum for a while and been previously disappointed by brands like BMW and ktm I understand the frustration to a degree :) however I have constantly witnessed you being upset and unhappy about the ownership of this bike and there has been numerous posts where you have trashed the brand and the customer service. I only want to point out that the enduro or mx market does not come with 2 years warranty and I get the feeling that you are not happy with the way things have gone for your bike . My proposal is to just sell the bike and never come back here because there is plenty of owners who love their bike dispute issues that have come up and I am one of them.

People go on about this 2 year warranty well the fact is you need it in a big way, I have had plenty of new ICE bikes that even if they did have a 2 year warranty there would have never been a valid claim.
Believe me I have "trashed the brand and the customer service" because that is what they deserve, I am sure most people who have been through what I have been through with this bike would do.
I must of missed the bit that said you can only post on this forum if you say good things about stark.
I have said good things and bad things about my bike............ Basicly I have told it exactly as it is, if you can not handle that it is not my problem.

Trust me I’m more than capable of handling negative comments or attitude on a forum , does not affect my life whatsoever… I’ve learned to detach my mental state from people who moan or complain all the time in real life or online , couldn’t give a monkey … I did advise you before to sell it and move on as it will make your life better , as far as I can see you seem to be fueling your life with negativity which is not worth having … enjoy riding , be healthy and keep smiling, life is to short to get agravated over these things 😎

As someone who has dragged on through years of legal issues previously on something completely unrelated, don't do it to yourself. It will just be a continually frustrating experience and ruin many other aspects of your life by always being there. It's not going to be quick and painless and you're likely to not get the outcome you're after.

I agree with Aleksandar's advice. Just sell the bike and cut your losses.
