Handlebar clamp bolt torque?

Would anyone know the handlebar single bolt at the bottom of the stem torque value? Not the 4 bolt that hold the docking station.

For reference, stark response was: The torque specification for the front wheel axle lock bolt, which is part #7 in the diagram, is 35 Nm.

35Nm came from them

Yes if it’s #7 35nm is about 25ft lbs
