Handlebar clamps with more offset?

Are there handlebar mounts off another bike or something that have more offset than the stark mounts? I want to move the bars rearward, my wrists do not like bars with much sweep and I don't want to raise the bars with riser adapters rotated rearward or whatever.

X-Trig part TE501331000101 fits Stark 1.0 bikes and use the Fix-System clamp set up that doesn't have the PHDS system and use your Stark upper phone mount clamp if you still want to run your phone on the bike. These do not fit Stark 1.2 as the frame stops are different. I do know first hand.
