I wonder, how much has it been costing you to charge up your bike at your home/house?

I pay $0.09/kWh all in (taxes, fees, etc). I don't know if we can access charge history from the bike but assuming the pack was dead and 10% loss through the charger, a full charge would cost me about $0.57. Oh and it'll get even cheaper in November when we go to the Winter power rates.

Thanks for the reply strider. I had to chuckle a little bit when I had seen that a full charge costs $0.57. That is fan-mother-freaking-tastic!

I had read a thread last night, I forget where, maybe here, where the range to recharge was from $0.40 to $0.90 per full charge.

If you have solar, that is even better, like free-other than the initial cost of all the energy collection/storage devices but that could have been paid-off by now. Still, the cost is inconsequential.
