Just Purchased my first Alta redshift

Ive never owned a E-bike this one is unique for sure with Ktm Super duke front and rear suspension grafted. I has 700 mile on it and is a one owner bike. I just bought it and cant wait to learn about it. It is the plated version as you can see. Of course I’ll read the manual but if there are any things I especially need to be aware of please chime in. Is 700 a lot of miles? I assume thats about 17 charge cycles @40 miles a charge. Or am I way off base.

That's almost nothing for an electric bike.

On a gas bike you'd be doing the valves and the top end by now, LOL.

Thanks for the answer sir. Im kinda in the dark here, the only this I use that’s battery powered are my work tools. I did learn not to run the battery down to low. How low is low with the battery? Also what’s the maintenance needed.

if you plan on any night riding I recommend swapping out the headlight w/ Motorcycle Squadron Sport (D/C) Headlight Kit w/ Shell - Universal - Baja Designs - Off-Road LED & Laser Lights | Automotive, Jeep, Truck, UTV, ADV, Dirtbike ( the bajadesigns logo and border is just an optional sticker - by default its all white) and need a Dual Sport Squadron Dimmer Wiring Harness - Universal - Baja Designs - Off-Road LED & Laser Lights | Automotive, Jeep, Truck, UTV, ADV, Dirtbike ... easy 2min plug-in replacement w/ high and low beams working w/ stock alta controls.
