Please post findings; was it a bad connection in the outlet?
The outlet looks fine, always noticed the charger plug does get warm plugged in in the garage or when using a generator.
This after yet more issues with the bike it really is one thing after another, Risking burning the house down is a step too far.
Not suprising I can not get any sence out of stark when you get replies like this.....

There is no reason to believe the charger itself was damaged, as it is also equipped with overload protection. Replacing the cable should fully restore its proper functionality and safety remains unaffected."
The fuse is actully not even blown, I put a meter on it to check, The charger only turned off because the battery was fully charged.
I am insisting they replace the complete charger because clearly there is a safety issue, stark want to just send me a new lead.

Replacing the lead seems reasonable to be honest.
Well who knows is it just a problem with the actual plug or connections or is it something in the charger which you would think has a lot more to go wrong that caused this.
The way I see it is the more of it you replace the less chance there is of this happening again or worse it turning in to a fire, clearly the person answering from stark has not got a clue.
As replace the lead it might be better to replace the plug with a good quality non moulded plug we can see has good connections

Wow. That is scary. Glad it wasn't worse.
I'd want to be certain of the cause of that and a proper fix before I used that charger again.

I was advised by an electricain to put a good quality screw on plug on to the lead with the burnt out plug so I know for sure it has good connections which I did and stud right next to it whilst I tried it, it did not even get warm so this proves poor quality moulded on plug, after seeing the pictures of the usa plugs I can not say I am suprised must have a bunch of chimps doing there electrics.
So stark sent me a new lead under warranty it looks the same as the other one and the same diameter cable. Just like most of the many other problem replacment parts stark have sent under warranty no better than the one that failed so will no doubt fail again. Things are supposed to be fixed under warranty especially with this being a new product, I have had this 18 months now and still having regular problems with often the same problem again.
This is going to cost a fortune to keep running after the warranty is up, Replacment parts should be under warranty for a further 2 years so they can not just keep on sending parts they know will fail.
It is one thing a toy not working but it risking burning your house down takes it to another level.
