Wow, apparently they are presently going to open a track for electric motocross bikes only in the Oasiz shopping center in Madrid:

Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish, but, since it's not so different from Italian, what I believe I've understood from the video is that they will rent kids' bikes, Talarias and Vargs and they will also provide the protective gear.

Ok, the track looks small from what we can see, but this is bringing motocross to people!
Talking about the high possibility that inexperienced riders will rent bikes, what I can say is that I've ridden sometimes in a track where they rent gas bikes and to me it didn't look like a safety problem: I wouldn't say that those slower riders were more dangerous.
