Wow, apparently they are presently going to open a track for electric motocross bikes only in the Oasiz shopping center in Madrid:
Centro comercial Oasiz Madrid
Chema Calleja on Instagram: "Gran dia en @motocrossity! Este Sábado lo inauguran, es perfecto para tu primera toma de contacto con el motocross🤘🏼"
Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish, but, since it's not so different from Italian, what I believe I've understood from the video is that they will rent kids' bikes, Talarias and Vargs and they will also provide the protective gear.
That's so cooool! :D Great application for those bikes!
Ok, the track looks small from what we can see, but this is bringing motocross to people!
Talking about the high possibility that inexperienced riders will rent bikes, what I can say is that I've ridden sometimes in a track where they rent gas bikes and to me it didn't look like a safety problem: I wouldn't say that those slower riders were more dangerous.

That's correct, official Stark rider Jorge Zaragoza is involved and this looks awesome. Terrific opportunity to expose new people to the sport.

Here is a video with an onboard on a Talaria:
So it's a small track with a hard ground in which I guess ruts will never exist, so apparently that's why they use those tyres which look more for flat track than motocross.
It looks more suitable for the occasional rider and not for the advanced rider who wants to clear big jumps scrubbing.
I hope that someone will begin their motocross experience by getting hooked there to then move to something bigger, possibly buying a dirtbike.
I still think that it's a very good use of electric dirtbikes, even though I'm not sure that a Varg fits there; it looks more suitable for Talarias. If the suspensions of the Talarias are stock, then IMO the real advantages of Vargs are the suspensions and a full size bike body position.
I've tried Talaria Stings in a similar, place: here:
Moto e Bike | Bergamo
and I didn't feel the need for more power, just better suspensions and a more comfortable position.
According to the site, the prices are reasonable.

I think it's great, it's for people of all age to discover motocross, get a first taste, an appetizer. Seasoned riders would not go there, or just maybe to get their father, girlfriend or cousin discover motocross. Just like you don't see hardcore racers at your $40/10 min rental go kart tracks.
It really has the potential to open up the sport to people who would otherwise not be exposed to it.
