MSDS for battery pack

Does anyone have an MSDS for the Alta battery pack? I’m trying to ship one and the freight forwarder is asking for one.

Lithium-Ion Batteries
Packing Group: II
Identification Number: UN3480
NMFC: 60680-1
Hazard Class: 9
Freight Class: 70
