My Surron is stuck in limp mode

Hey guys, not sure what to do here. Joined this forum looking for answers. I took my Surron lbx riding in some mild rain. Saw a spark near the bottom of the bike, power to everything stopped. Inspected the bike, put a new fuse in, and now the bike runs but stuck in limp mode and the display does not work. The rear tailight is flashing, but not in any particular order either random or just a consistant blink. What am I dealing with here? I am a gas guy have no idea what I am doing
