I am the most senior guy on the team that designed the motor, inverter, battery.

I won't tell anything that cannot be gleaned from the 16 minute video (battery layout shown in CAD as well as actual battery case shown, motor shown and stated to be 9kg).
From this it is obvious that it is not the Alta motor (somebody can put it on a scale). It is also obvious that significant thought was put into battery cooling as well as weight distribution.

The only other thing I will say is that we are all happy to be working on this project and are highly motivated to bring it to production.

Thank you so much for participating on our forum. As you have seen we have some of the most passionate e-dirt bike people in the world here. And we vary from extremely knowledgeable to not too knowledgeable, so we appreciate you filling us in when and where you can.

I think I speak for all of us when I say we're all very excited about the Stark Varge and can't wait to get our hands on them.

And great job on the bike, holy cow, it sounds awesome, Lol.

It appears that Alta negotiated as much as they could to pay as little as they could up front.
