Following AJ Catnzaro's advice that I've heard in his videos, even when I sit I push on the footpegs in order to absorb impacts with my legs instead of via the saddle and I feel that doing this helps a lot. He can't do this, he can't stand up and shift the weight aft and foraward like we can do and he can't squeeze the bike between his knees. If he falls, I'm afraid that his race is over. Riding like that must be pretty difficult and yet he's so fast!
