Problems with Charging

My stark varg charger keeps showing a blue light after plugging it in, and the phone also shows that the vehicle is charging. But actually there is no charge at all. I tried for two days but no power came in. The charger's fan doesn't work either. But the lights will come on. Has anyone encountered this problem? How to solve the problem? Please help me.

Contact Stark support via their website.
They generally reply the next day.
Or, if you have a dealer nearby, ask them for help.

Sort of wondering if your charging plug is stripped completely….wonder if one of the wires isn’t making full connection. So many of us had charging plug wires not at all stripped and just stuffed into the plug.

Prob not your issue but this contributed to early charging problems I was having….

I had to have them send me a new charger and just tried it, works fine though the max charge setting does not seem to stop the charging.
