Rear Brake Master Cylinder Worn Through - Custom Guard

So I've actually had this issue for a little while not and finally got around to somewhat fixing it. For over a year I've been zip-tying foam and other padding to the rear master cylinder to prevent my boot from rubbing through more when I'm gripping the bike, but finally it started to leak a bit since I wore down to the O-ring (Shown in 1st pic). So I made a sheet metal guard that fits pretty good and should give me more real estate to grab with my boot! Added some sticky clay....stuff (not sure what to call it) to keep from the guard from rubbing on the cylinder more.

Now does anyone have a master cylinder I could buy? Hopefully won't need another after that

Okay I'll check. And I'd have to take a look but I bought it with 30-35hrs on it and now it's around 150hrs I believe. Probably 60% moto, 40% trails/woods riding

That's a very good point. I recently found out any KTM one should fit too! So looks like I may just start scouring Ebay so I can be all set to ride it sooner
